Hengda Printing & Dyeing cooperates with Donghua University to establish ¡°Postgraduate Fostering Base¡±.  It has responsible tutors inside and outside the schools.  The students take part in the company¡¯s production and management activities, task research and production practice.  They learn from practice, promote practice by tasks.  They truly learn to meet practical needs.  On the one hand, the base helps the students to practice and absorb work experience as soon as possible.  On the other hand, it inputs fresh blood to Hengda and adds more and more creative power.  The base gives a full use of the superior resources from the enterprises, institutions of higher learning to jointly foster high-level innovative and versatile talents.  It fulfills good interaction in production, study and research.  It offers the powerful talent support for the social progress, the development of textile dyeing and finishing industry.

United Postgraduate Fostering Base functions as bridge and tie of production-study-research cooperation education.  Base mode combines theory study with practice activities.  It enhances the students¡¯ comprehensive abilities.  It offers comprehensive service to increase innovative and practice capability of postgraduates.  It gets rid of mono-objective of limited traditional education mode, explores innovative postgraduate fostering mode, initiates upon new channels of production-study-research cooperation cooperation.  It fosters high-level innovative and versatile talents who accord with social requirements.  Its functional design mainly includes the following aspects:
